1. Acceptance

By using dynamicrecords.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual property

All music, images, videos, logos, text and other content on the site belong to Dynamic Records LLC, its artists or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Press-kit material is provided solely for editorial and promotional coverage of the label’s artists.

3. Store and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where stated. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, lack of stock or suspected fraud, refunding any amount paid.

Shipping times are estimates. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging, except personalised or limited-edition products marked as final sale.

4. Bookings and services

Artist booking or marketing-service requests do not form a contract until both parties sign the corresponding agreement. Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation or scrape data without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Dynamic Records is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold in your place of residence.
