1. Who we are

Dynamic Records LLC (“Dynamic Records”, “we”) is an independent record label with offices in Puerto Rico and Florida. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit dynamicrecords.com, subscribe to our newsletter, shop in the store or request a booking.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us directly: name, email, phone, shipping address and the contents of contact, booking or press-kit forms.

Purchase data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers; we only receive the payment confirmation and the details needed to ship your order.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your data

To deliver what you asked for: fulfil orders, answer enquiries, coordinate bookings and provide press material.

To send marketing communications (new releases, tour dates, news) only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

To improve the site, measure audiences and prevent fraud.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the site: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Klaviyo, Resend), hosting and infrastructure (Google Cloud, Supabase) and analytics. These providers may only use your data to deliver the contracted service.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while you have an active relationship with us or as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records for orders). We use encryption in transit, access controls and providers with recognised security certifications.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to direct marketing, by writing to the address at the end of this page. If you live in the European Union or California you have additional rights under the GDPR and the CCPA, which we will honour within the legal deadlines.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
